I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks. I got a beginners lampwork bead kit on Thursday and I’ve been playing around with it. I think I’m going to have to learn how to take close up photos better. It is kind of hard to get good photos of beads. I probably should have put something in there for scale too.

I think these two are my favorites so far.

I have also been knitting a bit. I got the Crazy Heels and Toes sock book and I’ve been working on two at once. The yarn is Panda Cotton and I’m just doing a simple 2×2 rib across the instep. I’m having fun with these, but taking my time working on them.

Big news this week…  I got this:

Now we finally have enough room for all of us to go somewhere at  once!!

I have to show these, because The Liam is a ham.

He loves for me to take his picture and will ham it up for the camera. Of course I oblige and I end up with cute photos of my boy.

Sorry if this post sucks, but I have gotten an early summer cold and I feel like total crapola.
