I only had to poke her three or four times with some size 0 dpns, but she posted. (I helped…a little)

Now maybe we’ll know where I get my sense of humor. Can the world take both of us on the internets at once??

For those of you who live in the Northeast part of Texas or surrounding area. (or if you just want to come up and have some fun) Rosepathweaving in Lindale (just north of Tyler on I20) is having their annual spinning day on April 7 from 10:00 to 4:00. This is a fun day for fiber geeks. Bring a wheel or try one of theirs if you are wheel shopping and spin all day with other people interested in fiber and its uses.

They also have looms and things and I may be bringing either my inkle looms or my table loom if I get it warped and I heard they may have alpacas there. (Last year we had goats)

There is also a wonderful coffee shop next door that has raspberry white chocolate scones. mmmm…scones. They also have blueberry and apple cinnamon, but I love the raspberry.

Who all wants to come and hang out??? It would be neat to have a bloggers meet up too!

I was visiting my mother this evening helping her with some things around her house and teaching her the purl stitch. (Hey you! Biker Chick..post something to your blog already!!) The boys were sitting on her sofa and messing around on her lap top. I hear The Liam ask The Topher “Do zombies eat fish?” Topher replies…”No, zombies eat brains”

“Reasonable answer” I think and go on with my knitting.

Then The Liam replies, “OH…then I’m a zombie and I’m gonna eat your BWAAAAAAAINS”

I looked at my mom and we both burst out laughing.

It’s a laugh a minute at my house.

BTW…The Liam turned a whopping 5 years old today. He says “I am a big boy now, until I turn 6 and then I’ll be a bigger boy”

I have some knitting to report and some weaving too, but I’m swamped with school projects right now.
