…but I just had to share the most wonderful site. My very very dear friend Joy has set up a site for her wonderful jewlery creations. Her site is GoddessJoy (go look…I’ll wait).   Isn’t it great!! She’s got a blog and a gallery of her projects and a link to her ebay auctions of her creations.

I have a custom piece that she made for me, and Kae also has a piece.  Her work is amazing and I just have to share it with everyone.

The first player of this game starts with the ‘6 weird things/habits about yourself’ and people who get tagged need to write a blog of their 6 weird habits/things as well and state this rule clearly. In the end you need to choose the 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don’t forget to leave a comment that says ‘you are tagged’ in their comments and tell them to read yours.

I have had ADD or something lately. I havent been able to focus on anything. I’ll start knitting something and rip it out..and start something else. I’ve not even picked up some of my old knitting either. I really need to kick myself in the ass and get myself back to work.

I did start a new pair of socks the other day though. Jaywalker’s from MagKnits. The yarn is Wildfoote by Brownsheep and the color is Brillian Bouquet.

I’ve also done some spinning, though I dont have but one photo at the moment.

This was from some brown sheep mill ends that I got. It’s about 120 yards of single and I spun it on one of my toy wheel drop spindles. I have some more still on the spindle and a bunch more to spin. I think it’s interesting looking yarn so I can’t wait to see how much I end up with and figure out what to make with it. I’ve also spun about 4 oz of some GEORGOUS black Alpaca that Kae sent me ages ago. I double plied it and got about 140 yards of a nice double ply.

I really need to get back in the swing of things here and post more. I also need to knit and spin more. (and clean house more, but we won’t go there…LOL)
