You do know this how the weaving obsession usually starts, yes?  Inkle looms are shock troops of the weaving army.  Next, you'll decide to use some handspun on it, then you'll realize that hey - that wool/silk/alpaca/luxury fiber you've spun would make an AWESOME woven shawl/blouse/skirt...which leads to the acquisiton of a RH loom, a table loom, or - gasp - a floor loom, which is where you're headed anyway. *g*  Don't try to fight it...you Will be assimilated! *bg*
